I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at CliniComp in Aug 2024
Interview
I applied to CliniComp in June and was contacted for an interview about a month later. After going through three rounds of interviews I was assured that I would receive an answer by the end of the week. At the end of that week when I followed up, I was told they were still working on making a decision and that I was among the top few candidates for the role. Another week went by and still no answer or decision. After waiting another week I followed up and was told that the job was closed and they were no longer conducting interviews and that I should continue my search. I'm not sure if that means they went with another candidate and they were just keeping me warm or if the role was actually closed due to other reasons. Regardless I thought it was a little misleading and disappointing due to the fact that I was the one that had to inquire about an update each time and I felt that I was lead on to think I might have a chance at receiving an offer. I wish they could've come to a conclusion prior to spending several hours preparing and interviewing for the role and that they could've given more updates so as not to keep me in the dark.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at CliniComp (San Diego, CA) in May 2023
Interview
My interview was very smooth. First I was reached by the recruiter, who did a great job explaining the company's benefit and history. Then I was contacted by the hiring manager, who asked me about my technical background and provide more explanations about the company's products. The on-site interview as set up for 1 week later. I got a chance to talk with a few very talented people from Clinicomp. Even though I came from a different industry, they treated me with respect, and I felt I could be comfortable presenting to them who I am and what I did.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at CliniComp (San Diego, CA) in Apr 2022
Interview
Was approached by a recruiter. The whole process took about 2 months going back and forth, with interviews being cancelled/rescheduled, till I realized I was being ghosted. Would not recommend applying, if that's how they treat their potential employees.
