The interview process was really fast and very professional, there were in contast contact with me and replying to all my emails, the talent adquisition persona is really kind and was really patient about the process, overall was a great experience for me.

It was a very friendly process with clear and concise indications covering topics of experience in software development, test cases and process optimization making the entire hiring process more comfortable, fluid and efficient.

Interview
I had a phone interview for a full stack developer role. It went fine. Then I was asked to complete a coding challenge. I was very interested in the job, and invested a lot of time in it to make it good. I submitted my response via email, and asked for a follow-up email to confirm that it had been received (a few of my emails bounced because I was given an inaccurate email address). Heard nothing. I emailed again the next day. Heard nothing. I called and left a voicemail the day after that. Heard nothing. Sent another email about a week later, reaffirming my interest in the position and wanting to atleast know that the submission was received. Nothing. As far as I'm aware, they never even received my submission. Poor communication. Even if it was a 'no thanks', it would have been nice if my effort had been dignified with a response. Hopefully their communication/organization has improved since then.
