The process was very thorough & gave both parties a chance to get to know one another.: 1. Phone Screen with a hiring manager 2. In person "coffee" with a hiring manager 3. In person interview with various members of the team that included a presentation & mock call The team is approximately 20 people currently, so as with any start-up, I imagine this interview format will change over time. I was super impressed with the Talent Advisor team/management & feel that I got a really solid feel for what the culture is like at CloserIQ - a group of highly motivated, intelligent individuals. The various interviews were very conversational & relaxed but as with any interview, do your due diligence in understanding CloserIQ's business & industry!
