I received an email shortly after submitting an application inviting me for an in-person interview. I attended the interview the next day. The interview was very pleasant as was the overall office atmosphere. Interview questions were straightforward and based mainly on my CV. I got to talk to the CEO and CTO who were both extremely friendly and I felt they genuinely had their employees best intentions at heart. I received an offer about an hour after my interview and was given generous time to make a decision.
