The interview process was simple and transparent, Followed by telephonic round, technical round, onsite interview, interview with technical pannel, CEO and final round with HR.. I really enjoyed the interview process; the questions weren't mean to dissuade you from the job or intimidate you; they truely want to know who you are as a person, beyond your resume.

Non Professional interview process,. There will be 7 to 8 people including CEO, It all group discussion and cross Q with candidates. Only CEO will talk and will listen. Its like Tamasha in the interview. may be good for fresher as pay will less and expectation is very high.
