The whole interview process was very professionally organized and fluent. I had eight rounds in total, what seems a bit exhausting but every round had their clear purpose. First I had a lunch with the Senior Director of Engineering just to get to know each other, clarify a few basic things. After this I spent around four hours onsite and had a technical, a people management, a team fit and an HR round. All sessions were effective, friendly and very well separated. I didn't need to repeat any piece of information for different people. A bit later I had two Google Hangout calls with two senior engineers in US. Additionally I had a lunch with a local manager as well, who missed my onsite rounds. The whole interview process took a couple of weeks, in every week there was a kind of an action, so I didn't feel that it was slow. It was very thorough but not exceptionally hard or unfair.
