I applied through a recruiter. The process took 6 days. I interviewed at Cloudera (Budapest) in Mar 2017
Interview
There was a discussion over phone which wasn't announced as an interview. Afterwards I was invited for a personal meeting. The interviewer was in the same role for 3 months. There was a very vague test about a customer service issue. I proposed several process improvements, which turned out to be all WIP or planned, so didn't quite understand why that was the main rejection reason.

I applied online. I interviewed at Cloudera (Budapest) in Jun 2017
Interview
After a phone screening by a recruiter, series of interviews were scheduled where I was interviewed by the hiring manager, other Support Process Analysts and in the end Support Engineer and 2 Support managers. As some of those individuals are residing in the US, approx half of the interviews were over a websession.
Everyone involved were very helpful, curious and with both common questions about career plan and specific questions relevant to the role. (Like examples of process improvement ) They were also really open and honest about the role specifics and expected challenges and due to the many interviews held, I received an excellent picture of the company and the job role.
