Was a great experience - all interviews where scheduled quickly and where really focused on what I may contribute to the team. Clear vision and expectations have been presented - you got the feeling that all of the interviewers are really behaving like the owners of the company. The Recruitment team is fantastic :)

The on-site interview occurred after the phone interview. We talked about technology, (hdfs, big data) and customers needs, as well about my motivations. It took more than an hour in the Cloudera's office. After this session I was introduced to future colleagues, I met them and we talked about the daily activities. I was impressed, everyone was friendly and helpful. I find this company a good choice.
