Interview
I liked the high difficulty problems that were given during the technical screening and the fact that the interviewers were easy to talk to. Also, the proposed problems were also testing general knowledge, not only the technical perspective of the future employee.
Applied some time after performing well in one of the coding contests. Had a very nice on-site discussion with some behavioural questions and was offered the job two days after the interview.

Interview
The HR employee made a process very clear from start to an end, keeping me up to date with all the updates. Technical interview was also reasonable, checking skills that are actually necessary for the role.

4h Coding Contest denn man bestehen muss. Danach gibts ein 30 - 1h minütiges Gespräch wo Standardfragen gestellt werden was persönliches und technisches Angeht. Firma ist recht schnell in der Kommunikation
