Interview
Very basic interviewing process. First was a phone screening by the hiring manager. This was followed up by a face to face interview with hiring manager and also his peers. After that interview roughly a week later I get a call to take a drug test and am offered employment contingent on passed drug screen and background check.

Interview
You will apply and then wait for their haphazard "recruiting" team to contact you as much as a month later, then wait some more while they read some brainless set of questions in a pathetic attempt to screen you from other candidates. Absolutely pathetic.
