I showed up on time and asked for the person I had been communicating with. He was not available so I spoke with Greg. He asked me to give him " a few minutes" to finish eating his breakfast. It took 10 minutes. Then I was asked if i had a hat ( i did! good thing I read up on the online training manual because nobody told me to bring anything) and led thru the kitchen to put my personal effects out back for safekeeping. Then i was given a quick tour of the kitchen. I then chopped and cut veggies and herbs for an hour+ while conversing with other employees, all of whom were extremely nice and courteous. Greg did discuss with me why i wanted to work there and what my goals were while the prep was going on. After my time was up, Greg directed me to clean my station and led me back to my personal items while saying things seemed to go well and he would be in touch. I sent a thank you note a few days later, and I still have not heard one way or the other.
