My interviewer was 10 minutes late to the Zoom meeting. The instant she joined, I could tell she had already written me off as a candidate. She even rolled her eyes when I was answering questions. So disrespectful. I wanted to say, "Obviously, this is a waste of time for both of us." However, I held my tongue and did the interview even though it was obvious she had no interest. They waited one day to turn me down, just to make it look like they had thought about it a little. So insincere.
