I applied through a recruiter. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at CloverDX (Brno) in Sept 2024
Interview
Classic interview with a description of the company and questions about past work experience. The interview was conducted without a task. I appreciate that they were especially interested in how I thought and how I work. The feeling from the interview and the atmosphere was good, the feedback after the interview was positive on both sides, but the company decided to change the role after a long period of thought, which I take a little bit negatively, considering that the recruitment process spanned a long time horizon and I had to adapt any other interviews to it.

I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at CloverDX (Brno) in Jun 2024
Interview
Remote interview on Teams. Short introduction of company and position. First part is about Java and related stuff. Quite generic question but going under the hood. Next part is algoritmization. You get short description of problem and really short time to think about it. Then you are expected to explain the solution of given problem. Quite challenging.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at CloverDX (London, England) in May 2023
Interview
Application, zoom interviews. The process was pretty straight forward. However do expect to receive aa passive aggressive response if you don't reply immediately. I received a we're taking you to the next stage email on the evening of the Monday. To then get a we haven't heard from you so you're out of the process on the morning of the Wednesday. Not an issue as I understand the current job market and appetite to maintain recruitment velocity. But not well worded to explain as we've not heard we've decided to progress with other candidates sort of email.
