They mention "physics (preferable in thermodynamics)," but their "thermodynamics" is engineering thermodynamics, totally different from modern statistical mechanics. If you study physics, don't participate in their interview, You’ll just end up feeling humiliated. If you have their required techniques, don't waste your time in this company. You deserve a better job and salary.
