This was for a junior role, as I do not have much work experience as a software engineer (but still meet their job description requirements 100%).
Recruiter screening. Never made it past recruiter screening despite my best efforts. Just awful, the people on Glassdoor saying the same thing are right.
If you are not willing to even move candidates to even ONE round of interview despite accepting them through resume screenings, your process is inherently flawed, and this is why big tech companies are moving away from recruiter screenings into at least the 1st round of the interview process before elimination.
Stop wasting candidates' time. Do better.
