Great very simple and friendly no problems at all. Just show up early for the interview and you have the job no questions asked. Then you can go get a cup of coffee from the cafeteria and smile to all company employees.

Did not really get asked many questions he did all the talking. He would ask question but not really allow you to answer them he would cut you off and talk about his view. I told him I was looking for a forever Job. and he agreed that this could be it. then few months later told me that he just needed help to get thru busy season and moved me out of my office
