Interview
Interview itself was okay.
The reason for the negative review is the appalling recruitment team.
Communication is abysmal, they have no consideration for a candidate's availability and do not let you know about the outcome even after face-to-face interviews, despite being pressed for an update several times.
They have also mistakenly sent me rejection emails on 3 separate occasions only to admit after contacting them that these were in error. Offering no apology or assurances.
I was eventually offered a position and decided to reject the co-op on this basis.
It does not reflect well on the management of this company and attitude towards its potential staff.
Application, online tests, interview, offer. Overall positive experience, nice that they provided some questions in advance of the interview so that you can prep which seems to be a standard Co-op approach. Standard questions asked relating to BA skills and deliverables
