The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Co-op in Aug 2018
Interview
Online application process fill out application submit, you are then sent a assessment to fill in to see if your the right fit for the Co op. You have 3 days to fill this in or you will have your application withdrawn. You then sit and wait, I then received an email to ask me to arrange a interview appointment with store manager. The interview was set for 1 hr but was probably about 40 mins long. Asked general questions to get to know you and why you applied for the co op. Then asked quest to show what experience you have and how you handle certain situations in life. Very relaxed interview made to feel welcome. I then waited 2 days for them to finish other interviews and I received a telephone call from the store manager to offer me a position. Remember to make sure you take your right to work in the Uk proof.
I applied online. I interviewed at Co-op (East Leake, England)
Interview
Over an hour long, a great talk delving into my strengths and how I can best adapt to the company's values and game plan for the new year, without being overly flowery.
