Online survey, which if you provided the answers they wanted allowed you to attend an in person interview. Online portal to select a convenient dates and time. Face to face interview was a series of questions and scenario's. Name a time you have had to deal with a difficult customer, how did you resolve the issue, give an example of when you have shown leadership etc.

Informal, ask questions that you are sent prior to the interview to prepare. Ask about availability and your current circumstances eg. if you are a student etc. and if you have previous retail experience.

Easy, really nice people. Enjoyed the process and they were really lovely, and the staff were really kind. They were looking to find me a place and fpund me one in a different store
