I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Co-op (Wimborne Minster, England) in Jul 2020
Interview
Based upon 5 behavioural categories. Structured questions where you have to use life experience and STAR method. Then after that it was a general chat with the hiring manager about my flexibility and how I got to work. Quite casual and chatty but some of the questions can catch you a bit off guard. Make sure to read the interview prep pack they email you when confirming the interview.
I applied online. I interviewed at Co-op (Wootton, East of England, England)
Interview
Bad. Felt unprofessional and did not enjoy the minutes there. Was not given follow-up after the interview and had to go constantly try and get a reply. This resulted in nothing and empty promises.
It was not stressful. The manager ensured that everything went smoothly. She gave me an overview of the company and my role along with the benefits that was included with my role.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Tell me about yourself.
Tell me about a time when you had to take a stand for yourself?
Short and chilled experience, wasn't able to offer any idea about a steady schedule and said it was going to be all over the place and being a university student this wasn't very reassuring.
