Interview
I was welcomed by the manager I was asked to speak a little about myself and what I knew about the co op and the community it serves the fundraising it does and takes pride in doing so . I felt at ease whilst going through the criteria expected of me I felt the questions relevant for te job applied for I was explained to throughly how to finalise the next steps of the online process and I left the interview feeling excited and couldn't wait to see if I was accepted .

What did I know of the co op and the community it serves
Nice guy who interviewed me but took 3 week to reply. Found the interview preparation quite intense in relation to what the job was. Was told that 15 others were interviewed so wasn’t rly any hope of getting the job.
Sent my CV in after an ad on indeed. Sit down interview in back of store. Not too formal. Spoke to the manager of the store and was asked interview questions.

It was calm they explained everything to me. It lasted to 30 minutes. I was interviewed by two people. Just be calm and gather thoughts don’t rush to answer the 5 value question
