(Speaking up) Q3: Provide an example of when you have taken charge and been 'inspirational'/ a leader. (Inspirational Communication) Q4: Provide an example of when you have had to work in a team to achieve a challenging goal. (Co-operation) Q5: Provide an example of when you have had to manage a conflict at work and be accountable. (Successful transformation) These are all paraphrased, cannot remember them word-for-word. But these are an outline of what they look for when they are hiring, essentially how you'd perform in the above 5 areas.
