Sarah Jane Malone was very friendly and informative she explained what my job incurred and what was expected from me, she was very welcoming, she made me feel at ease right from the start.
Situational online assessment followed by in person interview. Pretty Straight forward the questions that you are asked are the same as the pdf you receive in your emails when you are notified about the interview.

Interview
The interview process was very good and well organised. I had a positive experience throughout, and the manager was friendly, professional, and welcoming. They made me feel comfortable during the interview and explained the role clearly. Overall, it was a great experience.

They asked me about some situation and how you handle them ?
Had to finish a online test as a prequalifier. Followed by shortlisting. Post that book a slot for the interview which is about 30 mins finally offered a position one week later
