I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at CoSA VFX (Vancouver, BC) in Sept 2024
Interview
Pretty straightforward process overall. Had one interview that covered the usual questions about experience and background. The interviewer was professional and the conversation flowed okay - nothing too intense or unexpected. They asked standard behavioral questions and some role-specific stuff. The whole thing took about 45 minutes to an hour. Seemed like they were trying to get a sense of fit more than drilling down on technical details. Overall it was a decent experience, not particularly memorable but nothing negative either. Still waiting to hear back on next steps.

Question 1
I think the question that I focused most on was their interest in knowing what I would like to ask them.
