Interview
1st Round - Phone Interview with HR recruiter (if pleased they will ask you to come in on the phone at that moment) - Basic background questions in reference to education and professional experience. First question was, "Why do you want to work in commercial real estate?"
2nd Round - Consisted of three face-to-face interviews
- 1st with one of the many Research Managers
- 2nd side-by-side with a current Research Associate
- 3rd with one of the many Directors of Research

Interview
Extremely lengthy. 4 stages over about 2 months. Panel interview that took 6 hours. One panelist did not show and added another interview stage. Due to length, I found a better offer and declined after finally getting to an offer.

The interview was very professional and they really need you to know the role and company inside out they want a background on your experience as well and im not sure what else
Basic interview, that lasted one or two instances. Shadowed researcher and made some calls with the interviewer. The whole process was quick and lasted less than a month, average difficulty overall for the process.
