First interview was with a CoStar recruiter over the phone. The second was a video interview with the Senior Director of Marketing (Atlanta office). Not sure what round three is because I withdrew my application after round two. It was made very clear that all employees were required to be in the office, 8am-5pm every day, no exceptions. Both employees I spoke to made it clear that they were not entirely happy with this decision and that the company had lost employees and good candidates due to the inflexibility. It was also obvious that the Atlanta marketing team is extremely lean - employees are expected to do a lot on their own without a ton of support.
