I applied in-person. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Coach (Grand Rapids, MI) in Aug 2011
Interview
Group interviews...not much to say of that. Just be yourself. Demonstrate teamwork. Ensure you play along in any role playing. Research interview videos on YouTube. Practice in the mirror or grab a friend to practice with. Don't make up stories. Be genuine. Be positive. Be upbeat. Be creative. Ask thought provoking questions and demonstrate you're not only the perfect person for the job, but you are interested in the company's best interest.
It was pretty relaxed, two interviewers, mostly spoke about my CV and Customer Service. Why I want to join the company and why luxury retail? I am still waiting to hear back from them. Had my interview last last week.
