CoachHub interview questions

The process was very positive and well organized. I had two interviews, a screening video call with the recruiter and an interview with my potential managers which was scheduled immediately. The communication throughout was consistent and transparent, and I always received timely information. Overall, the whole experience felt smooth, professional and pleasant.

I had scheduled an interview, which was planned a week in advance. When it came down to the interview, the recruiter never showed I waited half an hour and still nothing. I then checked my emails to make sure that I didn’t read anything wrong but the date and time was correct. I even had received a confirmation email that this was still happening only a few days prior. After the interview that didn’t happen I expected at least an apology email or an explanation but nothing came. I’m extremely disappointed in the professionalism at this company. Even in the case that a candidate was already chosen. I think it just is common decency to let the other candidates know that their interview was canceled. This definitely made me rethink if I would even want to work for a company like this in the first place.
