The interview process started off well, and the initial screening calls felt easy and conversational. But after that, I didn’t hear anything back about my application. I followed up a couple of times over email but didn’t get a response. I understand things can get busy, but even a quick update would have meant a lot. Overall, the first part of the experience was positive, but the lack of follow-up left things feeling unfinished. It would be great to see more consistent communication with candidates going forward.
