Slow process, took a long time between stages. In the end, this was the process: - Talk with HR - CCAT test (Korn Ferry) - Technical interview - Second talk with team and department head

General background questions on experience listed in CV and some discussion to test reasoning skills about an unfamiliar subject.
Stringent but fair. Interviewers had good knowledge and asked the right questions to look for the right candidate. Even when encountering some screen sharing issues on Teams or Zoom, the challenge was overcome by good communication. They ask technical questions and are straightforward.

U get a list of question before iv, and get ask during iv. Then given 1 hrs for asking the question. All question is about the technical question. Question more on communication side, and can google for answer first and make sure fully understand.
