Application was via Linkedin. Had a recruiter call after the initial application. Scheduling was prompt and easy. Recruiter was personable and very responsive. Appreciate the transparency of the recruitment process.
I progressed through several rounds of interviews including the HR screen and speaking with the hiring manager. However, after completing the take home exercise, the company ghosted despite several attempts to follow up. This lack of communication from the company was extremely frustrating especially after investing a lot of time and effort.
