Code Fellows interview questions

First step is a phone screen. Then a code challenge via a screen share of my environment, and teaching samples for staff and students. Final interview with CEO. Reference checks, etc.

Very straight forward and quick, standard interview questions. Interviewers put you at ease and given the smaller size of the team, you meet many of them during the multi-step interview process. Would have loved to accept the offer but pay was a little low with non-standard hours.
