The interview process began with a recruiter screening, followed by a technical stage and a behavioral interview. During the behavioral round, I was asked to reflect on past experiences using the STAR method, specifically addressing challenges I faced, actions I took, and results I achieved. This step tested my communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills as much as my technical knowledge. It felt structured, professional, and designed to evaluate both my competencies and cultural fit.
Came in for a pretty simple interview with the founder. Then had training depending on what class and availability they have and assign you a specific class. It's a pretty small team.
