The process was comprehensive, a total of 4.5 hours, which shows they care about their team and getting the right fit. First interview was informational (hearing about the role), the second round was 1 hour with each of the Senior Directors and 1 hour with the rest of the State Directors. The final round was additional questions by the VP. Clear and prompt communication the whole time.
