I found code mettle through a recruiter. I was invited for an onsite interview. The interview was a series of algorithm and brainteasers. The answers to algorithm questions were white boarded, and the brain teasers were discussed I thought the brain teasers were a waste of time. I was ghosted by the company after the interview.
