CodeSignal Business Development Associate interview questions

Interview process was okay. Extremely subjective and not thorough. I got a sense of a weird dynamic between the interviewers and would probably not join if offered. They also seemed new to their roles and not thorough in the questions that they asked. Didn't feel like they came prepared and definitely not structured - same sense I got on how they are running their team. When I asked questions around pricing, market segmentation and how they were approaching these things - they almost had no concrete answer. They offer about $60 K - $70K USD - which is way below average. For Business Development, they are looking for someone to simply answer incoming emails. If you are looking for a challenge or people to look up to - do not waste your time here. Nice people I guess but they are certainly not A players I had a full super day with the BD lead, HR Lead and Two BD associates. HR lady was kind of rude and not personable.
