The review process as below: 1. I was requested to provide a cover letter to describe why I choose codeplay, what codeplay are doing and provide example codes/open source projects. 2. Skype interview w/ two engineers They're very nice and mainly check the resume and background, and code review to find the potential bugs. 3. Skype interview again w/ three engineers As same as previous with different guys. Talk about work routines and work habits, .... 4. After second reviews, the HR emailed me to request two references and one should be from the recent employer during development team reviews my applications. 5. Two/three days after I provided two references, HR said they got the negative decision from the development team and unable to proceed my applications. Totally, I think Step 4) is not necessary and it will disturb others if the company doesn't want to go on my applications.
