Codesigned interview questions

Initial brief phone screen with founder which was helpful, 1 hour interview with hiring manager and another related resource, 30 min followup call after receiving an offer letter with hiring manager and HR rep? Apparently people are really spread thin there and extremely busy and there wasn't any time for them to adequately keep up with the interviewee, or follow up with the interviewee as promised. I had to keep reaching out for next steps, and it really seemed like they were stretched too thin to manage the hiring process very well. It all felt rushed and as the process unfolded, I started to have doubts about joining the company.
