Ask about open source and hobby projects while also having to solve simple programming problems. They are interested in your thoughts about open source and what kind of impact it has on the industry. Furthermore they want to see your passion projects to see how interested in technology you are.

Question 1
The simple programming problem could be creating a fibonacci number generation program on paper in either pseudocode or in any language you are comfortable in.

Interview
Introductory interview about prior experience, motivation about the role and some behavioural questions.
Technical interview. Had to implement a solution to a simple technical problem. Some high level technical questions.
There was another stage in the process which I didn't attend.

Interview
It took about 70 minutes. They asked about my experiences and I had 2 live code challenge. I did the interview with a team lead and he was really nice.
