I applied through institute,it was good and smooth .Firstly i given telephonic and then technical interview.They asked me introduction and then some basic questions and 1 java program to explain.
given me some situations to write test cases.

Interview process is very good and in appropriate manner. All goes in Professional manner. I would like to say interviewers are very friendly. I am very happy to say that coditas is very good company.

Interview
The whole interview process was very smooth and nice. It takes around 1 week. Get a call from Hr and Level 1 interview was scheduled with a QA Engineer in which discussion related to basic Testing term was done. After clearing first level interview the Level 2 interview was scheduled with QA Lead in which we had discussion related to role and responsibility, experience and projects worked on. The technical interview process was not one way it was 2 way communication. You get to understand the technical term clearly.
Once the Level 2 round is cleared get a call from Hr for document verification and get an offer letter after the document submission is done.
