Interview
Initial interview with manager at site on skype . He was impressed by me resume and work experience. he said " He liked me". I liked the job profile as I have worked on it before and then next round was Skype programming test with three members. Then never got a reply. It was an entry level position but look like they wanted someone who can start working right away. Its been 6 weeks I still see they keep reposting the job and trying to fill the position.

Question 1
Lots of interruptions in between interview. Simple programming questions *p++=*q++, void, static, bit manipulations, string to int conv, preprocessosr, macro etc. Even though I correctly programmed it but they were looking for more optimized solutions.
