For copy roles, there are three stages. On stage 1, the resumes are sorted based on their relevance to the profile. More preference is given to candidates with at least 1-2 years of experience but promising freshers are also given an opportunity. The next stage is the copy test which is pretty straight forward and shouldn't normally take more than an hour and can be given remotely as well. The third stage is the interview either with the copy head or with the exec director of the firm.
