Started with leetcode strings question, behavioral, technical questions on java, kafka sql.
Asked substring vowels in leetcode and follow up questions on approach. Techincal is much focused on situation based. describe a scenario where you had to work with cross functional teams.
First there will be a screening round ,most probably a telephonic or video call followed by a Managerial round
Lastly a client round where you will be asked about your day to day contribution in project
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Cognizant (Winston-Salem, NC)

Screening from a cognizant employee via a phone/teams call, sometime involving a scenario based coding question or a tell me a time when kind of questions, then a client round interview.
