4 levels of interview from various quarters.
Level one was qualification, level 2 was functional, skills and experience assessment, level 3 was with management and leadership, level 4 was with HR as final round. It was all tick in the box as the interviews progressed, finally at HR round they mentioned the level-1 has new set of requirements now and so you do not qualify after wasting 6 wks and 4 rounds, funny enough.
