I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Cognizant
Interview
It was very bad experience. I went 10am clock and called to written exam at 5pm.
Later they ask me to write 3 programmes and Ihave written 2 programs correctly out of 3 programs. But interviewer told me to leave for the day.
First round was online assessment(general communication and other stuff) and second round was also an online assessment which was related to the tech stack(role applied for) then if we get selected there was an HR round.
The interview process was smooth and well organized. It started with an aptitude and technical test, followed by a technical interview where they asked questions on Java basics, OOP concepts, and SQL. The final round was an HR discussion focusing on my background, role expectations, and availability. Overall, the experience was professional and positive.
