I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Cognizant (Pune) in Sept 2018
Interview
I had great experience with the interview.. The first round was telephonic interview, the questions were focused mainly on the core java with only a few questions on specializations, the person was very understanding, I clearly told when I have no idea about the concept. Unlike many interviews where interviewer will ask some specific question seen online and stick to that, this interviewer focused on deep understanding of any topic.
The second round was F2F, interviewer seem to judge the way I would process the challenge, and tried to check how many of the topics that they currently use in their project I am familiar with.
Though they take a long time to roll out the offer, rest of process was quick and smooth.
Interview questions [1]

First there will be a screening round ,most probably a telephonic or video call followed by a Managerial round
