Totally happened 5 rounds for .net with full stack developer.telephonic, written test,technical,mangerial and hr.after first round they sent me to the client.in written test they asked mainly c#,and tricky programs and SQL queries.
First there will be a screening round ,most probably a telephonic or video call followed by a Managerial round
Lastly a client round where you will be asked about your day to day contribution in project
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Cognizant (Winston-Salem, NC)
