2 rounds of interview was there in my case. 1st was technical, for me it took place for 20minutes barely.
And the 2nd round was Managerial one, which was conducted for more than 30 minutes.

Question 1
About myself and my roles in previous organisation. Tested my technical and management skills.
First there will be a screening round ,most probably a telephonic or video call followed by a Managerial round
Lastly a client round where you will be asked about your day to day contribution in project
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Cognizant (Winston-Salem, NC)
