Interview
I have attended 2 rounds of interview and which is not that much difficult.we can easily crack if we prepare well on basic concepts too. Prepare well or data warehousing concepts if you were a datastage developer.
First there will be a screening round ,most probably a telephonic or video call followed by a Managerial round
Lastly a client round where you will be asked about your day to day contribution in project

Screening from a cognizant employee via a phone/teams call, sometime involving a scenario based coding question or a tell me a time when kind of questions, then a client round interview.
