The hiring and interview process was very smooth.
The panel and the Recruiter were both very helpful and pleasant to talk to.
Overall, a good experience.
Initially I had a telephonic round.
Post clearing the telephonic round, I was called to the Cognizant office for a face-to-face discussion.
The questions varied from the basic to a few advanced topics relating to customisations.
